Description

A smooth, creamy spread made with smoked fish, cream cheese, and seasonings. Perfect for crackers, toast, or as an elegant appetizer with a glass of wine.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked whitefish, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place the whitefish, mayonnaise, butter, and Worcestershire sauce into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
