Description
A quick stir-fry or fried snack featuring tiny, silvery fish seasoned with spices. Crunchy and packed with umami, it’s great as a side dish or bar snack.
Ingredients
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger scotch whiskey
- 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
- 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, garnish
Directions
- In a mixing glass, combine vodka, Scotch, gin and chicken broth. Mix well and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
