Description
For a complete meal, you can serve these air fryer ribs with classic barbecue sides like coleslaw, baked beans or a freshly baked pan of buttery cornbread.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into 2 pieces
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°. In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; rub over ribs. Arrange ribs meat side down on a greased tray in air-fryer basket, overlapping as needed. Cook 25 minutes, turning once. Brush with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
