Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, optional
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. In a large bowl, whisk pesto and, if desired, cream. Add penne and tomatoes; toss to coat. Add pasta water to reach desired consistency. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
