Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Description

Make mornings easier with peanut butter banana overnight oats. A quick and nutritious breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
  • optional: sliced ripe banana and honey

Directions

  1. In a small container, combine peanut butter, honey, milk, oats and banana until smooth. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
