Make mornings easier with peanut butter banana overnight oats. A quick and nutritious breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, warmed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup mashed ripe banana
- optional: sliced ripe banana and honey
Directions
- In a small container, combine peanut butter, honey, milk, oats and banana until smooth. Seal; refrigerate overnight. If desired, top with sliced bananas and drizzle with honey.
