Meatballs

Description

Rolling the beef together when forming your meatballs can compress it and make it tough to chew. To avoid this, mix your meat gently and use a scoop (an ice cream scoop works great!) to create the balls.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Working in batches; cook until lightly browned and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
