Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons matcha (green tea powder)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup and matcha. Stir in chia seeds. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, then stir again. Pour into 4 half-pint Mason jars or ramekins. Refrigerate, covered, until thickened, at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
