Homemade Crepes

Description

These homemade crepes come together quickly with simple ingredients. Not too sweet and with a light vanilla flavor these are perfect with fruit and whipped cream for a breakfast or dessert that will leave you wanting more!

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter , melted (plus more for brushing the pan)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  1. Place eggs, milk, water, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar, salt then slowly whisk the flour into the wet ingredients. Whisk well until the batter is smooth and contains no lumps.
