Ingredients
- 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 package (2 ounces) onion soup mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a greased 13x9-in baking dish, combine first 6 ingredients until well mixed. Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover; bake 15-20 minutes. Uncover, bake until cheese is golden brown and rice is cooked, 5-7 minutes longer.
