Description

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In a large shallow dish, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add fillets, 2 at a time, and turn to coat.
- In a large skillet, cook fillets in butter over medium heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 4-6 minutes on each side.
