Description
Air-fryer shrimp make a delicious appetizer before a holiday party or potluck. Serve with a tasty dipping sauce. Fried shrimp also make a healthy protein for many meals. Toss shrimp into your favorite pasta, or serve shrimp with rice and steamed broccoli for a quick weeknight dinner. Add shrimp to a salad to make a filling, healthy dinner. Tuck shrimp into a sandwich wrap or burrito, or serve with roasted vegetables and quinoa or cauliflower rice.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp (26-30 per pound), peeled and deveined
- chopped fresh parsley
- lemon wedges, optional
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
- In batches, arrange shrimp in a single layer on a greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned and shrimp turn pink, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
