Description
Crispy, crunchy chickpeas ready in less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pimentón or black pepper
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spread chickpeas out on a kitchen towel or paper towel and pat dry. Place chickpeas in a medium bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pimentón.
- Transfer chickpeas to air fryer basket (be sure to keep them in a single layer). Air-fry chickpeas 10 minutes, then shake basket or stir and return them to the air fryer. Continue air-frying until crispy and golden brown, 2 to 5 minutes more. Let the chickpeas rest for at least 5 minutes before eating.
