Potato Wedges

image

Description

Every air fryer works a little differently, so if your potato wedges aren’t crispy enough, check your appliance’s recommended timing and temperatures. Also, make sure to place wedges in a single layer in your air-fryer basket. Overcrowding can prevent your wedges from getting crispy and golden.

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • prepared pesto, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°. Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into 3 wedges. In a large bowl, drizzle potatoes with oil; toss to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes; toss to coat.
  2. In batches, arrange potatoes in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and tender, 15-20 minutes. If desired, serve with pesto.
