In this class, you will learn how to bake cookies that are impressive and delicious. Millionaire's Shortbread is Britain's triple-decker combo of buttery cookie, sweet caramel, and dark chocolate—almost like a Twix bar. Each component requires some time, but the end result is worth it. We ensure the buttery shortbread layer doesn't crumble by compressing it with a spatula right after baking. The key to the caramel layer is an instant-read thermometer, since the caramel needs to be cooked to between 236 and 239 degrees.
